- Due to inflation and rising shipping costs, Quill has reinstated the free shipping minimums. As of June 17, all orders under $25 will be charged a $5.99 S&H fee. Orders of $25 or more are guaranteed free shipping within the contiguous 48 states. Though free shipping was a value-add to the AEPA Office Supply and School & Instructional Bids, Quill would like to extend a 30-day notice to all AEPA participants and will implement the new free shipping requirements as of July 17, 2022.
