Exhibitor Options
Engage directly with attendees with a booth in our Exhibit Hall. All booth spaces include a draped exhibit booth, one 6’ un-skirted display table; two folding chairs; one wastebasket, and one 7”x44” identification sign.

Product sessions occur during a time slot dedicated exclusively to vendor demos and presentations.
Only available to Exhibitors and Silver Sponsors. Gold and Platinum Sponsors receive a product session as part of their package.

Lead Scanner

Access to the lead scanning functionality in conference app.
Only available to Exhibitors. All Silver, Gold, and Platinum sponsors receive a lead scanner as part of their package.
Social Sponsorship

Sponsor drinks and food during the IETC social. Sponsors are invited to speak for up to three minutes during the event. We anticipate 200 participants, with a maximum of 3 social sponsors.

Women in Technology Panel and Breakfast

Lodging
IETC attendees and exhibitors can book a discounted lodging during the conference at several local hotels.
Most hotel blocks close mid-October and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
