Proposals

SecurED Schools is a two-day professional development event focused on data privacy and cybersecurity for K-12 Administrators, Technology Leaders, and IT Staff. Our 2021 conference will occur virtually on January 13 and 14th, and we anticipate that 150-300 technology leaders will be in attendance.

SecurED Schools sessions focus on two main strands: data privacy and cybersecurity. Within the data privacy strand, sessions that focus on SOPPA implementation will be prioritized. Within the cybersecurity strand, sessions will be aligned to the 20 CIS Controls.
