Wired for Wellness: A Blueprint for Balance

Tue. January 14, 2025 | 12:30 pm - 3:00 pm CST

As our world becomes increasingly interconnected, students navigate a complex landscape of online and offline experiences. It’s crucial to equip both students and educators with strategies for healthy technology use, digital safety, and well-being.

This workshop will explore practical ways to foster a balanced approach to technology, addressing issues such as screen time management, online safety, and digital citizenship. Participants will learn how to help students become responsible digital citizens, navigating the online world confidently and securely.

By addressing the challenges and opportunities presented by technology, we can create a healthier, safer, and more balanced learning environment for everyone. This session also recognizes the importance of educator well-being in a tech-heavy world, providing strategies for maintaining personal wellness while meeting the demands of the digital age.
