With sessions covering a wide range of topics, from cybersecurity to incident response planning, physical security to network infrastructure and more, you’ll gain valuable insights and practical strategies for tackling the toughest IT issues facing your school district.

But that’s not all! SummIT will also provide unparalleled opportunities for peers to collaborate and network. Connect with colleagues from across the state, share ideas and best practices, and learn from their experiences in the field, both between sessions and during a special evening social.

Technology leaders, IT support staff, and all individuals with IT experience in an educational environment are encouraged to submit a session proposal for SummIT.

Proposal submission is now open through February 25, 2025.

Parking

Attendees staying at the Hyatt Place Champaign Urbana can park overnight in the hotel’s complimentary parking deck. Participants staying at the TownePlace Suites Champaign Urbana/Campustown can pay $7 per day to park at that hotel.

During the conference, attendees may park for free in the B-4 parking deck (1201 W University Ave, Urbana, IL). Attendees MAY NOT park in metered spots (in the parking deck) or reserved spots (marked with blue signs)

Meter parking is also available closer to the event venue. If using meter parking, attendees assume full responsibility for parking in the correct zones and paying all relevant meter fees.
