School Law Update: Edtech during the 2025-26 School Year

Tue. May 20, 2025 | 3:30 pm - 4:30 pm CDT

There’s plenty of uncertainty to go around in K-12 education – a trend that’s likely to continue into the upcoming school year. Now’s the time for school leaders to get up to speed on the latest school law developments, especially those impacting technology use in schools.

Join attorney Brandon K. Wright for a focused review of recent school and edtech law updates, both at the state and federal level. Along the way, Brandon will highlight which legal trends and initiatives to keep an eye on, as well as how your school can address recent legal developments while planning for the 2025-2026 school year.

Brandon will also be available to answer questions and provide insights on how K-12 leaders can ensure their district is on track to comply with existing mandates while making plans to meet forthcoming legal requirements.

Illinois educators who register here and attend live through Streamyard can earn 1.0 PD credit.
