Session 1: Coaching Time Reporting and Coaching Cycle Summaries

Learn how to streamline your time management and coaching documentation process using Google Calendar, Forms, Sheets, Slides, & Sites. This session will guide you through creating a system to track your coaching time, including building the form, adding spreadsheet formulas, and building graphs and charts that pipe directly into presentation tools. We’ll also demonstrate an automated coaching cycle documentation system that can create and send summary reports for the teachers you work with.

A laptop and basic experience with Google tools are required to fully participate in this workshop. Come prepared to work hands on and build the solutions that work for you as we go along.
