AA: Literacies of the Digital World

This workshop is designed to help participants understand the importance of computer literacy, digital literacy, AI Literacy, and digital citizenship and how these skills are necessary for all students to be successful in the classroom, their careers, and for the rest of their lives. Participants will learn the differences between computer literacy, digital literacy, AI literacy, and digital citizenship and identify the skills all students need for each of these important components of technology use. Throughout the workshop, participants will learn how and when students should be exposed to these different components. Lastly, participants will complete a plan of action for implementation in their school and/or district.
