Courtney Fleeger is the Marketing Coordinator for the Learning Technology Center. She also focuses a portion of her time in assisting with marketing LTC’s cooperative purchasing service, the Illinois Learning Technology Purchase Program (ILTPP). Courtney executes the day-to-day delivery of email marketing campaigns, product literature, monthly newsletters, event materials, and visual graphics. She acts as a liaison with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns while establishing marketing initiatives to reach target audiences via appropriate channels. In addition, Courtney enters, maintains, and analyzes data to expand program effectiveness.
Courtney graduated from Lindsey Wilson College in the fall of 2017, where she attained a Bachelor’s of Art in Digital Art, Media Art, and Communication. Prior to working with ILTPP and LTC, Courtney gained experience in multiple Graphic Design internships. Courtney works out of the Champaign-Ford Regional Office of Education #9 in Champaign, IL.
As the Cooperative Purchasing Coordinator for the Illinois Learning Technology Purchase Program (ILTPP), Angela supports all procurement processes according to established program criteria and state purchasing rules, including competitive bids, competitive sealed proposals, requests for proposals, full catalog contracts, informal quotations, and negotiations. She is also responsible for creating sole source agreements with vendor partners and monitors and audits all contracts to determine correctness of information, pricing and administrative fee calculations. Prior to joining ILTPP, Angela had roles in the areas of accounting, human resources and business management.
