Angela VeatchCooperative Purchasing Coordinator, Learning Technology Center
As the Cooperative Purchasing Coordinator for the Illinois Learning Technology Purchase Program (ILTPP), Angela supports all procurement processes according to established program criteria and state purchasing rules, including competitive bids, competitive sealed proposals, requests for proposals, full catalog contracts, informal quotations, and negotiations. She is also responsible for creating sole source agreements with vendor partners and monitors and audits all contracts to determine correctness of information, pricing and administrative fee calculations. Prior to joining ILTPP, Angela had roles in the areas of accounting, human resources and business management.
