This session will take you through practical, actionable strategies for supporting social emotional learning, student agency, classroom management, personalized learning, and organizational skills in a remote or hybrid learning environment. All suggestions have been created and tested by educators teaching in either a hybrid or remote learning environment, and come with a digital resource template for immediate implementation. Attendees will also hear from Amanda Gratz, a first grade educator at Wheeling CCSD 21’s Distance Learning Academy, on her top tips to move both students and teachers from surviving to thriving in a remote learning environment.
By attending this session, attendees will be able to immediately access and utilize the digital templates referenced in this presentation, with the purpose of providing all students opportunities to grow as multi-faceted learners in a remote or hybrid learning environment.
