This session addresses the best practices, tools, and processes identified by exemplary career and technical education (CTE) teachers for effective online instruction. It utilizes a 5E learning cycle structure to fully engage participants, allow them to explore various aspects of online learning, explain what they have learned in a unique method, elaborate/extend their understanding by using the process to convert a lesson, and evaluate their learning.
