  • Marketing Coordinator, LTC

    The Learning Technology Center (LTC) seeks a Marketing Coordinator to lead marketing and community engagement efforts for all LTC activities and programs.

    Typical Responsibilities: The LTC Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting community engagement and leading marketing efforts, including producing promotional materials, developing and evaluating marketing campaigns, creating program awareness, developing brand identity, and generating online community engagement.

    Office Location: Champaign-Ford Regional Office of Education, 3358 Big Pine Trail, Champaign, IL 61822.

    Travel: Travel is a component of this job, and the successful candidate will be required to travel up to 15% to fulfill the position requirements.

    Compensation: The salary range starts at $40,000. The final salary based on relevant experience.

  • ILTPP Cooperative Purchasing Coordinator

    The Learning Technology Center (LTC) seeks a Cooperative Purchasing Coordinator to play a critical support role in the Illinois Learning Technology Purchase Program (ILTPP), a statewide cooperative program. The ideal candidate will be eager to gain knowledge and learn the basics of negotiating skills and processes to help support the program. This position requires accuracy in a high amount of data entry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to exhibit independence, flexibility, and good judgment to respond to changing priorities.

    Typical Responsibilities: The Cooperative Purchasing Coordinator will assist in development and implementation of purchasing procedures to process bids and create sole source agreements with vendor partners and ensure compliance with applicable state laws and regulations. The Coordinator will be responsible for responding to inquiries from both members and vendors to ensure contract compliance for member school purchases and reporting appropriate administration fees associated with program agreements.

    Compensation: The salary range starts at $38,000 to $48,000 The final salary based on relevant experience.

    About the Learning Technology Center: The Learning Technology Center (LTC) is an Illinois State Board of Education program offering technology services and professional development to K-12 school districts in the following focus areas: digital teaching and leadership, technology infrastructure, data security and safety, and access and equity. ILTPP is a statewide program within the LTC that negotiates discounted pricing on K-12 educational technology products and services for Illinois’ public, private and parochial K-12 school sites, districts and administrative offices.
