Overview

The Learning Technology Center, in partnership with the Illinois State Board of Education, formed the PK-12 Digital Learning Advisory Council to further the development, implementation, and refinement of Illinois’ digital learning and educational technology priorities and supports. Representatives from educational associations, organizations, and districts that have an impact PK-12 digital learning and educational technology within Illinois meet to understand current resources, address challenges, and identify high-impact initiatives. A primary goal is to foster conversations and partnerships among participating members in order to promote equitable access, digital learning programs, partnerships, and support systems that ensure equitable opportunities for all students.

Illinois Learning Technology Purchase Program (ILTPP), a program of the Learning Technology Center, is an Illinois cooperative whose mission is to provide accessible, high quality and affordable technology, digital learning resources, and opportunities to K-12 educational communities. ILTPP facilitates an advisory council to evaluate program success and identify areas for growth.
